2. Member Responsibilities:

You must provide the valid information when you participate in any activities in the Services. You will not provide false or misleading data, including without limitation, survey responses that are inconsistent with prior responses or statistically improbable. Failure to do so will lead to us deleting your points or deleting your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account active. Failure to response the survey invitations more than 10 times will lead to us regarding you an inactive member. You must login to your account at least once a year. Failure to do so will lead to us deleting your account.
You must not refer members by SPAMMING. Each member has a unique referral link to send to friends. You must not display or post your referral link or any banner or graphic promoting the Service on any website that contains any unlawful information or material. We are not responsible for the content/offers/rules/promises of the websites that you are sent to.
You must provide accuracy information of a bank transfer. If a payment of rewards by bank transfer that you request is processed to the wrong bank account, the funds are lost and we will not take any action to reverse the transaction, reprocess the transaction, or refund reward points to you.
3.Penalties
If you have any of following behaviors, we may impose a reward points or suspend your access to use, and ability to post to, any communication facility, and we may cancel your membership of the Service.

4. Copyright
All members must comply with research information confidentiality agreement. You must not post or forward answers of surveys, or copy the content of surveys. Without permission, you must not ask others to answer surveys on your behalf or help others to fill in surveys.
A.7 I joined, but didn't receive the membership activation email. What do I do?
If you have completed step 1 of the joining process but have not yet received the activation email, we recommend you to change a email address like hotmail.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc. If you still did not receive the membership activation email after you used another email address, please send email to contact us.
A.8 Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership any time by emailing us and requesting that we close your account and delete all your information. If you want to join us again, you are welcome to sign up.

There are several reasons why a member takes longer than expected to complete a survey:

2. The devices which participants use, including their internet connections, will cause the delay. The survey length we issued comes from the tests in good internet conditions.
3. The type of questions, for example, video, audio, flash, etc, will slow down the speed.
4. The internet connection of the area where participant lives might be poor.
5. The internet condition of the device which participant uses could be bad.
6. The survey length we gave is a average time.
B.12 Why am I invited to participate in the same survey twice or more?
If you receive twice or more invitations for the same survey, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. There is something wrong in the survey sometimes, so that we might correct it and send you an invitation again.
2. In order to know consumer behavior better, some marketing researches need do the similar surveys a few times to study the persistence of consumer behavior.
3. Some studies might increase the quota according to the situation, and we will resend the invitations to members who qualify for surveys and have been refused.
B.13 Why did I receive the invitation to the surveys which I don’t qualify for?
There are two reasons why we send invitation to the members who are not qualified for the survey:
1. If the target group of the survey is people over 45 years of age who are seldom to log on the internet, the client will ask us to invite the members whose parents could help to answer the survey.
2. If the target group of the survey is children under 13 years of age who must be supervised by adults to log on the internet, the client will ask us to invite the members who have children in this group.
B.14 My friend has the similar situation with me. Why did he receive the invitation, but I didn't?
If your friend received the invitation but you didn't, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Each survey only needs a certain number of respondents, we send invitations randomly to the members who qualify for.
2. Some surveys are for the members who have participated in the similar surveys recently.
3. There might be something wrong with your email box.
4. We might send you the invitation later.
B.15 Why did I receive the invitation as I don’t live in the area which the survey requires?
Generally each survey requires certain area and age group. We send the invitations in the beginning of the study, but the number of respondents might be reached in some areas, the survey is therefore closed for the members in those areas. If you don’t response the invitation soon, you might not qualify for the survey any more when the quota of your area is full. Please don't take it personally!
B.16 Why do the surveys ask contact details?
We have Confidentiality Agreement with our clients about the surveys which ask for participants’ contact details. We will remind you when you enter these surveys, and you can decide whether to answer them or not. If our clients reveal, sell or trade your contact details without your permission, we have the right to pursue legal responsibility!
B.17 Do I need to participate in all the follow-up surveys?
You don’t have to, but we recommend you to participate in all the follow-up surveys, because you are sure to qualify for the follow-up ones after you took the first survey so that you can earn more reward points.
B.18 Why can’t I enter the surveys sometimes?
Our surveys are not stored on iPanelOnline.com servers, but on the servers of clients. Some servers just accept certain number of visitors at the same time, so that you might not enter the survey when the server is busy. Please try another time. There are many unexpected problems on the internet, please don’t take it personally when these things happen.
B.19 Why the page didn't return to my account after I completed a survey?
The page is usually return to your account when you completed a survey. If it doesn't, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Your internet connection might be poor.
2. There is something wrong with the internet connection.
3. The surveys are stored in our clients’ servers which might be far away from you and need to take a few minutes to get back to you. Please wait for a few minutes. Our system will know that you have completed a survey and reward you points accordingly even though you didn't get the confirmation message.
B.20 Why am I invited to an interview?
We only invite you to an interview with your permission. We recommend you to participate in the interview in which there is more interactive communication. You can get prizes or reward cash through the interesting discussion with interviewers.
C.1 What is the supplementary survey?
When there is something wrong or missing in a questionnaire which has been completed, our client will open a supplementary survey for the previous participants to complete the information.

D.2 How many points are awarded per survey?
The amount of points awarded per survey depends on the following factors:
1. The length of the online survey -- the more time required on your part, the larger the reward.
2. The number of the target group -- the less number of the target group will be offered higher incentives.
D.3 Why didn't I get rewarded after completing a survey?
Shortly after completing the survey your account is credited with the reward stated in the survey invitation. If you were not awarded the right amount of points for completing a survey, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Our system might not catch your complete status because of the bad network connection.
2. There is something wrong with the survey system.
3. You closed the survey accidently.
We would notice you when you receive an invitation for a survey which your account is not going to be credited instantly after you complete it, but within one week when we get the confirmation data from our client. You may decide whether to take it or not.
D.4 Why didn't I get the points which were stated in the survey invitation after completing a survey?
Shortly after completing the survey your account is credited with the reward stated in the survey invitation. If you were not awarded the right amount of points for completing a survey, it may be due to one of the following reasons :
1. You answered the questions too fast. A person that completes the survey without any thought or consideration given to the questions will normally complete the survey in a much shorter period of time. When this happens, that member's responses are automatically disregarded.
2. You gave the inconsistent answers. Sometimes the same question is asked twice in one survey, once at the beginning and once at the end. If the person answering gives a different answer to each, it is considered strong evidence that the person is not answering truthfully and that member's responses are automatically disregarded.
3. You responded similarly to each question. A member consistently selects the same option for many different questions. For example, all questions are answered with option A or all questions are answered with the option "None of the above." In this case the member's responses would be disregarded.
4. You gave irrelevant responses. Some surveys ask for comments or a description, where the member can type in whatever they want. If the system detects irrelevant responses such as rubbish or incomprehensible answers, the member's responses would be disregarded.
5. If the system detects a member is cheating through technical means, such as, using proxy, that member's responses are automatically disregarded.
D.5 Why haven’t I received my referral reward points yet?
This could be due the following reasons:
1. It's possible the member has not yet participated in any survey. You will receive your referral reward points as soon as that member completes a survey.
2. It's possible the referral was identified as fraudulent by our system, and the membership in question was cancelled.
D.6 Why have my points been reduced?
iPanelOnline.com reviews all surveys carefully. We might deduct a member’s points if there is strong evidence that that member has one of the following behaviors:
1. Answering the questions too fast.
2. Giving the inconsistent answers.
3. Responding similarly to each question.
4. Making irrelevant responses in the surveys asking for comments or a description.
5. Answering too randomly to make sense.
D.7 Why are my points negative?
If the system detects a member is cheating on surveys or others actives, the member’s points will be deducted.
E.4 Do my points ever expire?
Your points expire if you never log on iPanelOnline.com for 6 months. Your account will be cancelled if you never log on the website for 12 months.
